Refund and Cancellation Policy
Guarantee
All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by 50% advance for the total stay. Balance 50% to be paid 30 days before arrival.
100% payment to be made for bookings done under 30 days.
At time of booking: 50% advance payment required
30 days before arrival: Balance 50% payment due
Bookings within 30 days: 100% payment required at time of booking
Cancellation
Cancellation charges are calculated based on the number of days prior to your scheduled arrival date:
15 days prior to arrival: 25% cost of total stay charged
Within 15 days of arrival: 100% cost of total stay charged
No Show: 100% cost of total stay charged
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or through our official communication channels. The cancellation date will be considered as the date when we receive your written cancellation notice.
